A Scurillian that the crew of the Belinda rescued from the wreck of a frigate (The wrecking of which may well have been caused by Inardal's summoning of a storm to help them defeat a Pirate ship). He believes that the thousand isles are still slowly being covered in water, the level having risen six inches in the last six months!
He is a former Super for the Spanish Guild (now retired, though his Super credentials are still valid) and has travelled Caribdus extensively over the last ten years.
He was last seen in Baltimus, where the crew left him after his rescue.
